Our website has been updated. We’d love your feedback
We’ve been updating the Mainstay DRP website to help you find out about our services, keep up with what’s happening and discover ways to get involved.
Whether you’re a client, family member, member of staff, supporter or partner organisation, we’d like to know if you can find what you’re looking for.
Finding out about support should feel straightforward. The Make a Referral buttons on our service pages offer another way to get in touch, whether you’re looking for support for yourself, a family member or someone you work with. You’re also welcome to contact us directly if you’d prefer to talk things through.
There’s more to discover on our Day & Evening Opportunities page, too. We’ve updated it to highlight opportunities to get together in the evenings, including ALPS and our Community Club. It’s a chance to catch up with friends, try something new and enjoy being part of the Mainstay community. If you’re interested in joining, please get in touch to find out more.

There’s lots more to explore on our Silent Cuts pages. We’ve added information to help answer the questions customers and people thinking about visiting us often ask. Which appointment should I book? Can I bring someone with me? What if my child needs time to get used to the salon?
Our What to Expect page introduces the salon through short videos, so you can have a look around before you come. Our Frequently Asked Questions cover booking, sensory-friendly support and what happens during a visit.
We hope this helps people feel more prepared and comfortable, whether they’re booking for themselves or supporting someone else.

We’d like to hear what you think about these pages and the wider website:
- Can you find what you need?
- Is the information easy to understand?
- Are there questions we haven’t answered?
- Is there anything else you’d find helpful?
And if you click a link that takes you nowhere, please let us know. We’d rather you had a useful answer than an unexpected mystery tour!
