Governance, Quality and Safeguarding

    Annual Reports

Our Annual Reports provide a clear overview of Mainstay DRP’s work, achievements and impact each year. They share the progress we have made, the challenges we have responded to and the outcomes delivered for the people we support, their families and our wider community.
Through these reports, we are transparent about how we use our resources, how we are governed and how we continue to develop services that are safe, effective and person-centred.

They also give us an opportunity to recognise the contribution of the people we support, staff, families, volunteers, partners, funders and Trustees who help make our work possible.

      RQIA Registration

Mainstay DRP is committed to delivering safe, high-quality support that meets regulatory requirements and promotes positive outcomes for the people we support.
Our registered services are regulated by the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA), which provides independent oversight of health and social care services in Northern Ireland.
We welcome inspection, feedback and learning as important parts of continuous improvement, helping us maintain high standards and strengthen the quality of care and support we provide.

      Safeguarding

The safety, wellbeing, rights and dignity of the people we support are central to everything we do.
We are committed to creating environments where people feel safe, respected, listened to and able to speak up. Our safeguarding policies and procedures guide how we prevent harm, recognise concerns and respond promptly and appropriately when issues arise.

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. We work closely with the people we support, families, staff, Trustees and partner organisations to protect those who may be vulnerable, while promoting choice, independence and inclusion.
