At Mainstay, we are committed to supporting our staff to learn, grow, and develop their skills so they can continue providing high-quality support to the people we work with.
This month, we are delighted to celebrate the achievements of colleagues who have successfully completed qualifications and specialist training as part of their ongoing professional development.
We would like to congratulate Katie McMullan, Caitlin Lavery and Amber Marks on successfully completing their NVQ in Health and Social Care. Achieving this qualification is a significant accomplishment and reflects their dedication, hard work, and commitment to developing their knowledge and skills.
We would also like to congratulate Kayleigh Hughes, who has successfully completed the NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management with Distinction.
